Zomato - Zomato Delivery Boy Steals My Dinner

Ordered via Zomato from a local restaurant in Bangalore. Delivery boy picked up order, entered apartment, and then left apartment within ** mins... WITHOUT DELIVERING THE ORDER. In the app the delivery boy has indicated he has delivered. Delivery Boy name: Sharath with mobile ***** *****. Did not respond to Zomato customer service calls nor calls from us. Children and grandparents finally had bread and water for dinner!!!!!! No apology from Zomato... how can they trust delivery boys like this?! No refund till now. And delivery boy is just not picking up his phone. No idea how Zomato selects it's delivery boys and what background verification is completed. Zomato order number is : **********.
