Zomato - Zomato delivery boy misbehaved and threatened me

Yesterday **.**.**** I ordered some chapattis from restaurant in Ludhiana your zomato valet call me and said that come out and take your orders i told him that gave me in my room he refused and talked very rudely and gave that to the receptionist so i call him again and ask him that where is my order he said I gave that to the receptionist and cut the call so he make complaints about this to the customer care so your care service call me and ask me about this incident so i told him everything and in between our conversation he started abusing me in front of your zomato customer care after that he call me again and said me ill come to your room with his zomato gang and he threatened me that ill show who i am I already send you mail about this but no one responded on this nobody why zomato i need justification from your side
