First of all, Zomato did not deliver my order to the address I updated, then I get a call that they cannot deliver as it is * km away. When I cancel the order they have the cheek to advise me that a cancellation fee is applicable. This kind of cheating is not at all acceptable and must be reported in the newspaper for awareness of others never ever to use Zomato.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
