I am a regular Zomato customer from Pune. I have a Zomato Gold membership of * year. Yesterday, when I was placing my order from Zomato app suddenly my account was blocked. For no reason, my account is blocked. When placing the order I was changing contact number for better communication with delivery boy and at that time my account has been blocked by Zomato. Can you go through the process and let inform me about the reason for blocking my account and reactivating it again.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
