Zomato - Zomato := lunch not delievered and denying refund

This complaint is to highlight about zomato team from top to bottom .I have order food from zomato on ** October, order I'd **********..once I order food for lunch got a msg your order will be delivered in ** min, but after ** min I got a msg that order is cancelled because your phone is unreachable, I immediately calll the delivery boy ..he said you are not at your home and phone is unreachable..but here delivery boy caught red handed beacause was at home at that time ..then I called to owner of * times Priya panchwati, shahdara ..that zomato delivery boy Mr.Rajesh has not delievrered the order .but no response, then I chat with zomato cc name Ritika and escalate to order@zomato.com..please ask the zomato team to send a proof of call log and send a screen shot if they have called me ..they are not refunding *** amount..its a matter of cheating ..swiggy is much better than zomato ..customer beware of zomato they are simply looting people and not refunding .
