Zivame - Zivame still refund amount not processed

I ordered * bras from Zivame on *th May ****. The order was supposed to be delivered on **th May ****, but it was later updated to show delivery by **th May ****. However, the order was still not delivered.
On **th May ****, I contacted customer support and requested cancellation of the order and a refund. I was asked to wait for ** hours. After waiting, I contacted customer support again on **th May, but I received the same response and was once again asked to wait for ** hours.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and followed up several times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. Every time I contact the support team, I am simply asked to wait another ** hours.
Today is **th June ****, and my cancellation request has still not been processed, nor has the refund been initiated. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Zivame's customer service and the lack of resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
