Ankita ladia filed complaint against Zivame on Mar 16, 2026
I recently ordered * Night Suits from the app(Order No *********)
Upon opening the package i was shocked to see that there were only * sets but the invoice pasted on it had all *.It was a COD order and i paid the full amount for an incomplete order.
Upon raising a complaint i did not get any satisfactory resolution by the team.They closed my ticket saying that they have sent me all the * sets.
So where did the *th product go?
Did it disappear in thin air while it was in transit coz i for sure didnt get it. The packet was properly packed when i got it.
Now i dont know if the mistake was made from zivame's end or somemischief happened by the courier partner but why should i pay for something i have not even recieved. This is beyond disgusting and looks like a pure scam. I have been a loyal customer of Zivame since many years and this kind of activity was just not expected.Product name is red mickey night suit set
