Ammaar ganjifrockwala filed complaint against Zepto on Feb 3, 2025
I selected the COD option on zepto. I scanned the qr code on deliveryman's phone, money got debited from my account and it showed the payment went through but on the deliveryman's app the payment didn't go through. He said to try again using different app, so i used Google pay to scan the QR code and paid him again. This time it went through and it showed payment successful on his phone and I received the order. The deliveryman told me that I'd get refunded the extra amount in *-* hours but I still haven't received any refund from zepto nor can I find a way to connect to customer care
