I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on my recent order.
I placed an order with the expectation of your promised **-minute delivery service, which is one of the main reasons I choose Zepto. However, my order was delayed by ** minutes, which is significantly longer than advertised and caused considerable inconvenience.
What made this experience even more frustrating was the poor customer support I encountered. When I reached out to your support team to address this delay, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. More disappointingly, the support representative abruptly ended the chat without properly listening to or addressing my concerns. This kind of dismissive behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer service standards I expect from Zepto
I request that you:
*. Look into why there was such a significant delay in my delivery
*. Review the conduct of the support representative who handled my case
*. Provide an explanation for this poor service experience
*. Consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused
I have been a customer of Zepto because of your reliable service, and I hope this was an isolated incident. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
