Zepto - Paid twice

I paid for my order via credit card once, when the delivery boy came it said order hasn’t been paid for. He told me this happened to another customer the day before. Infact this is the second time it happened to me, the first time I just applied for a refund. I had to borrow from my friend to pay the delivery boy.
