Zebpay - ZebPay Membership fees charges without consent

Registered as member in May **** (using platform since * years). I recently realized that I am being charged *.****** BTC EVERY MONTH as membership fees! It is really appalling to see this exorbitant fees from ZebPay (> **** INR per month).

Zebpay was totally free to use when I joined, and it's really shocking to see these fees. I NEVER AUTHORIZED/CONSENTED Zebpay to deduct these fees! I was told that Zebpay starts charging this fees if the account is inactive, so they need atleast * trade in a month or they need users to be registered with their lending program. But I never consented to such policy! This policy regarding the fees was introduced AFTER I joined the platform, and I never consented to this. Zebpay could have discontinued my inactive account instead of charging me this fees. They have no right to touch the balance of my account. This is unethical and sly!

I am seriously disappointed by Zebpay's practices and have lost trust in zebpay. I was under the impression that my funds would be safe under Zebpay but my perception has changed. Till date, I have been charged *.****** BTC (>**k INR), in fees (excluding GST), for a portfolio value of *,**,***, which is absolutely ridiculous! */*rd of my portfolio has vanished in fees! Such unreasonable and ridiculous policy! This is unempathetic and horrific experience for any user.
