ZebPay - Membership fees charges without consent

I have been using ZebPay since **** and, for over three years, the platform has been deducting a monthly membership fee of about ₹*,*** from my crypto holdings without my clear consent or understanding. I was not aware of activating any such membership, and the deductions happened even when I did not trade for months.
The charges were taken in different cryptocurrencies (BTC, XRP, etc.), making them hard to notice. I only realised the extent of these deductions during a recent financial emergency, by which time the total loss had become significant.
This is unfair as no clear consent was taken and the process to opt out is unclear.
Relief Sought:
Full refund of all membership fees deducted since ****.
Explanation on how my consent was obtained.
Option to opt out of such charges in future.
