I completed my KYC with Zebpay when I opened an account * years ago. However recently Zebpay has requested another KYC to be completed. But everytime I attempt a kyc authorizing Zebpay to verify my Pan and Adhaar from Digital locker, my kyc is rejected and I get a message "we are currently experiencing a delay in retrieving your details try again later". After *nd attempt they locked the kyc page advising I have exhausted my attempts. After multiple requests to their support team, they activated kyc page for me but i was unable to again complete the kyc due to their system issue. Also the option to manually enter my adhaar does not allow more than * digits to be entered which is so inconvenient and falsely displayed to customers. And have not been receiving any responses to my emails. Kindly help me in addressing this as I am unable to trade or withdraw my money from their platform. Also sent them my KYC docs to manually verify and release any hold on mybaccount with no luck or response.
