I've a KYC Verified Zebpay account which I wish to delete permanently.
Zebpay is ignoring my request repeatedly and not responding to any communication from my side.
I already followed the steps ( "Security Center " > "Deactivate Account") to delete my account.
But my request was never processed.
I sought help from Zebpay Support team by sending email (Refer attached screenshots) and by generating support tickets.
I raised ZebpaySupport tickets #****** , #****** (Refer attached screenshots).
But never received any response regarding the tickets from Zebpay.
I Even Tweeted On Zebpay's Official Twitter Handle #Zebpay And #Zebpaysupport regarding this issue.
But never received any Response from there Either.
After Losing All Hope I Turned To Consumer Forum #Voxya_
Even after my repeated request, if this account is not deleted by Zebpay, then this account may become a victim of unauthorized use.
In such a case, I, Debpratim Ghosh, would not be responsible for any incident related to this account.
I further request Zebpay to deactivate or delete my account permanently.
