I recently purchased shoes from Zara at Select City Walk, Saket, and I'm extremely disappointed. They developed significant tears at the top after wearing them only a few times within ** days (priced at ₹*,***). When I sought assistance from the store, I was absurdly told it was due to mishandling. This response is laughable and raises concerns about Zara's product quality, especially compared to my durable shoes from Nike and H&M. My experience with Zara's customer service has been frustrating. I urge Zara to improve product quality and support. This situation is simply unacceptable.
