Zara - Zara pickup completed bt no refund intiated

Order number ***********....after getting my order after so much difficulties with no coperation from zara i intiate pickup immediately as i don't wanna order anything from them..same day my pickup created and pickup done..there is no confirmation from zara regarding pickup and refund ..i have to call courier partner after taking help from local police i called delivery person and confirm that he has pickup product and asked him to give me reference number so i can track ..i track after getting reference number and find product already reached zara warehouse on **th may ..at time of pickup i asked delivery boy to confirm product is same in box as per zara i show him photo also on zara app and he told me ya he will confirm it to zara ..i have taken photo of my product at time of pickup ...it's been more than * days no confirmation of pickup or refund ..there are many people like me who have same complaint still zara is doing nothing ...their customer and Twitter support is worst .
