I have ordered * perfumes from Zara , one was okay and second was totally broken. The package was wet from the bottom and when i opened it one bottle was completely broken. It could hurt me as the pieces were totally shattered and on other bottle too. I immediately contacted costumer care . They just gave me a case id ********* with no action from past *days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
