Youtuber - Youtuber paras singh did not return sponsored money

We contacted YouTuber paras Singh aka paras official on youtube to sponsor our play store app lifeline VPN on his youtube channel. He was offered Rs **,*** to sponsor the app. He took the money but did not upload the sponsored video even after uploading videos on his channel on regular basis. We contacted him many times but he stopped replying to us at all. Finally, on *th Oct'**, we mailed him that we are cancelling our sponsorship and told him he cannot upload our sponsored video on *th Oct '** or later after that date and asked him to return the money but he did not reply. We want him to return the money.
