Youtuber - Misleading information

Iam subscriber of a YouTube channel named Aswin Madappally. In a particular video, the YouTube channel has created aspersions on the integrity of my business. MLM has been a legitimate business model from the year ****. This Industry is going to become a major part in building India's Economy. The owner of the channel Mr. Aswin Madappally has purposefully avoided the Govt. of India guidelines **** and made statements which are utterly false and and without merit and they are defamatory per se. He has also negligently misused the RBI circular **** which is no more valid now, to cheat the public and earn money.
