I have purchased a ** Mbps plan on **th May **** from Mr. Siddharth Vala(Salesmen) of YOu Broadband after applying for broadband connection online. There is no response from their side about the installation process and they are not giving me any specific time frame. After asking for them for cancellation, they say it will take ** days and they will only proceed through cheque only.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
