I have purchased You broadband internet and have availed their service but in a month every time *-* days no internet connectivity is there and they do not resolve the issue immediately nor they inform how much time it will take to repair. Every time optic fibre cut is the reason.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
