I have a complaint regarding the hotel booking service of Yatra. I booked a hotel Pancharatna Paradise, Udupi, Karnataka and I paid for it online via Debit card. My amount got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation from the hotel or yatra about the booking.
Please help me out with this and get my refund back as soon as possible.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
