This was the worst Experience from YATRA.COM , this company had a special technic to cheat the customer, for international flight they support on E mail Only , even they never call back for support , As per my Original Booking itinerary confirmation no G****K flight Date **th June **** on **:** PM from MEM to BOM Via * Stop NEWARK & ZURICH arriving at *:** PM on *th June **** Total Travel time is ** Hours & ** minutes As we are followup with YATRA Support Team by E mail from date *th MAY **** till *th of JUNE ( till one day Before Departure date) for ticket issue, even they had Ignore our call back request, and giving Wrong commitment on E mail, As it is a clear intention of Cheating with the customer As we had taken personal efforts and visit to airport on *th June, We got alternate Flight from Memphis Air Port Date **th June **** on **:** PM from MEM to BOM VIA * stop Detroit & London arriving at *:** PM on * th June **** Total Travel time is More ** Hours This was the worst Experience from customer Support team of YATRA , They Didn't support on phone to resolve the ticket issued by UNITED airlines , and wasted my * Day by issue new ticket on next day & the day on airport for resolve the issue , and issue a ticket for more then ** hours travelling time , It is unwanted Expense for Travel to Airport & additional one day stay in MEMPHIS for loss, suffering & mental harassment for me and my Family, We had spend more then USD $****
