I have a yatra account. I was making the attached booking for a flight from Chandigarh to Goa and twice the payment was made (money was deducted from my account) but the booking was not confirmed.
The first time I paid by upi id and although the payment got deducted from my account, on yatra page, it said payment failed(see attached screenshot).
The second time it was paid by my sbi account .reference number. And again , while the payment was successful, the booking was not confirmed.
This is utterly ridiculous. I am out of Rs ** k and no flight ticket.
There is no booking reference number because the booking was not confirmed. Can you please help in getting a refund at the earliest?
