Hello,
I had booked * way flight ticket from Yatra with reference ************* of amount Rs.**** and the flights were cancelled due to Covid pandemic.
Indigo has charged zero cancellation fee but Yatra has refunded only Rs.*** and also deducted Rs.**** cancellation fee on behalf of Indigo per sector + misc charges.
Request to help with getting my complete refund from Yatra at the earliest. Have attached, Yatra and Indigo mails/receipts for reference.
