Yatra.com - Yatra is not refunding money

I had book ticket of spicejet though Yatra.com. for **th May **** with cancellation policy which took Rs:****/- extra.
But due to covid-** my ticket got cancelled by airline itself.
After several follow up and raising grievance and as per order of DGCA, Spicejet refunded Rs: ****/- to yatra.com on **th July. They confirmed me in mail.
I had requested Yatra to refund my money including cancellation charges what I had given means total ****+**** =****/-
But Yatra.com simply denied to given Rs:****/- the cancellation charges, though the ticket cancelled by airline itself.
Moreover, they are told on ** July that they would not refund the money to my account will give as e-cash after ** to ** days.
now again on **rd July(after **days) ,they send another mail that they will give in e-cash within *-** days.
Still no e-cash came and no refund.

If airline refunded the money then yatra.com, they don't have any rights to block my money like e-cash instead of my account after all this is my money, also they should refund my cancellation charges also Rs:****/-. Its my wish whether I will book through yatra or not.
I had booked so many tickets from yatra even international flight also, but my ticket never got cancelled so I didn’t know refund problem with yatra, otherwise I never ever book from Yatra. This time I am getting very much bad experience with Yatra.
Why yatra is very much reluctant to refund money whereas makemytrip had given my money with * days directly to my account.
Please investigate the issue.
