Yatra.com - Yatra is not given proper sufgicient information about our trip for himachal

We booked a package in yatra for himachal and we paid *****/- for complete trip.and I mention also we r traveling only ladies and kids so I dont want any problem then they said me we will not get any problems and if anything they will help us and I asked them ,do I have to pay anything extra they said no only where ever I have to pay extra they mention in mail.but they didn't mention that if it is heavy snow fall road will be block and may be we have to stay back and we have to pay extra from our hand.now we r suffering here n we stuck here when I called them they said we have to search hotel and we have to pay.because of them we r suffering here if we don't have money then where we will go with kids they should mention it's and everything posative negative.i didn't expect this
