I have booked Return ticket for my daughter from Ukraine to New Delhi for **th June ****. Booking Ref No. ************ and Ticket No.************* Due to COVID-** flight could not be possible and Airline Air Astana is offering full refund without any deduction as per their website. https://airastana.com/kaz/en-us/Information/Important-Notices/Coronavirus-update.
BUT Yatra.com did not ready to refund the full money and charging Rs.*,***.** and his charges Rs.*,***.**. Which is not right and if Air Astana is refunding full money then why Yatra.com is charging. I have also wrote mails to Yatra and reminders but not getting my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
