I have booked * tickets from yatra.com but due to some personal reasons i want to cancel or reshedule the flight to another date I have informed company within ** hrs of booking the flight but still company want to deduct **% of money as cancellation charges.
Most of company provides ** hrs or more time to make the changes with either free or with nominal charges but yatra is deducting **,***/- rupees which is **% of total money.
Booking date is **- **- **** time **.** am and *.** am
Communication to yatra has been made on **-**-**** *.** pm. (Within ** hrs of booking)

Total cancellation charges **,***/-
I have requested approx ** mintues over call to executive of yatra and also tried to get help from Air India but no body helps and they simply told that this is the policy.
Please help me to get my whole amount as refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
