I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I booked ticket from YATRA.COM
PNR : YFLGQY
Date of Journey: **-April-****
Airline Booking ID : YT********
Promo code : GHDFCSNWPR*Q**D // GHDFCLTEG**H*** // GHDFCFQGXRC*YD* // GHDFC*J*L*YXF*M // GHDFCB*NP*AFRNO
I used the above * coupons from HDFC which I got by encashing the Credit card points. Total amount was *****
Now the flights were cancelled due to COVID.
And now also COVID is still not under control. I am being asked by YATRA to do the booking and get the money adjusted by **-DEC,**** else I need to lose the money. I did one booking and get ****/- back to my Credit card. And also one more of **** which they said they will refund. But rest of *****, Yatra is saying as EXPIRED.
They wanted me to do the booking by **-Dec-****.
I want them to give the ticketing period to July, **** or refund me the money to the HDFC Gift card or refund the money. Please help me.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
I raised a greivence with AirSewa and INDIGO airlines got back to me and said they refund full amount to YATRA.com. Airsewa complaint number is JT******. So Yatra got the money from Indigo but didn't didn't pass that to me or didn't give me time till July, ****.
The *****INR which I spend from CC, they kept that in the wallet. I told them to do the same but they didn't. Can you help me. I think this will go till Consumer court. Below is the latest mail from Yatra.com
