I had used ***** rupees worth coupons and booked the flight ticket via Yatra.com. flight was cancelled by Indigo due to some issues. Now yatra is not replaying back to me to refund my coupons/money. Its been around ** days now. ref ticket: YT********
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
