I have made the booking on * Jan'** by Yatra.com - Booking Ref No. *************. Due to the lockdown, flights has been auto cancelled. I got emails from Yatra.com on auto cancellation. All domestic flights are suspended and booking automatically cancelled by airlines - NOT BY ME.
The tickets were booked through Yatra.com portal and not the airlines directly. We would be contacting Yatra.com for the refund and not the airlines, as the Payment was transferred to you and not the airlines.
Now i'm chasing Yatra.com to refund my money. They are not giving any fruitful answer and just playing with the words. After seeing their mails by support@yatra.com it seems that they themselves are not clear on refund.
Would require the full refund for our tickets as Airlines did not operate. Can you please help me to get my all booking amount back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
