Yatra.com - Yatra com not paying refund amount

Had booked air tickets from coimbatore to mumbai by indigo airlines for journey on **-**-**** through yatra.com...

flight cancelled due to covid lockdown...

the airline has informed they have refunded amount to yatra.com on **.**.****
and i contacted yatra.com over phone on **.**.**** who confirmed that they will credit my credit card account within ** days...i sent email also as they wanted an email...

now they are not refunding the amount even after repeated reminders....phone is not answered at all...

Please help in resolving..
