I booked a ticket from Yatra.com for trip in month of April'**. Then due to covid-** the flight was cancelled and we received a message from yatra.com, that amount is converted into Credit Shell, and can be used till march'****. When we tried to use it in Oct'**, yatra.com failed to recognize credit shell. I called Spice jet and then confirmed that payment was made to yatra in full as the purchase was made through them in June'** . But till data yatra.com did not refunded the money nor it is acknowledging the queries. Their customer is unreachable, emails not being answered. **K+ money is at stake,
