Sir I made a bus ticket from lucknow to kota on **th July. My ***rs is already deducted from my account and it also shows that it is received by YATRA company, but still there is no information of my ticket. I called them, even mailed them but no response was given by them. Is it right. It was very painful miracle happened with me .Please take appropriate action against them, They are cheating with us
