Olx Seller - Yamaha Fascino Scooty Fraud

I saw an ad in olx which is Yamaha fascino ad. When I call him by knowing his number he said that he is from military by name Manjeet Singh working as international security in gannavaram airport. We make a deal and said that for registration purposes he can't assemble before me. So total registration completed by me and he said I will transport the vehicle to your address through military transport and asked me for money. He manipulated me and drew an amount of **,*** and I blindly believed and did whatever he said as he is a military man. I was completely cheated by him. Please help in this case.
