Olx Seller - Package not delivered

The olx user did not send the agreed part of the deal made on an ad i published. Two ps* discs were sent to the address of the suspect in return for another two discs. Upon receiving the courier there was no response from the suspect. I have been blocked since then on OLX and whatsapp and also on phone.
