I’ve made a payment of ₹**,*** towards X-stream fiber internet broadband upgrade from **Mbps to ***Mbps. This was an advance payment for ** months subscription.
This payment was made on **th February **** through online transfer. The Upgrade has not been done till date despite receiving money from me.
I have contacted Airtel several times. I have even written emails to them. I had emailed Airtel that I would have to go to consumer court if the issue is not resolved. I was asked for payment proof, which I have submitted.
The last email I received from Airtel is on *th March **** apologizing for the inconvenience caused to me and informing they will resolve it as early as possible. It is not ** days and I have not heard from them and matter is still unresolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
