This is Anand, I recently bought an Airtel Xstream box. Before buying I checked with the sales team as well as the customer service team regarding any restriction to watch OTT content without recharging the DTH. The information I got from both the sources is "No such restrictions". After buying it I got to know I cannot watch OTT contents without recharging DTH. Now I feel like I have been cheated by your team by giving wrong information. I request you to look into this issue and do the needful. I have the call record in which wrong information has been given by the Airtel team, I will submit it whenever required. Also customer executives are providing wrong information every time and misleading the customer
