Dear Jeeves Customer Care Team,

I am writing to formally escalate my unresolved service request regarding my Xiaomi MI TV purchased from Flipkart, along with the Complete Protection Plan from Jeeves on **th April ****. The plan is valid until **th April ****.

On *rd March ****, my TV panel suffered accidental damage. I immediately raised a support ticket for replacement. Since then, I have been repeatedly informed that a technician has been assigned, yet no technician has visited my premises or responded to my calls.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I only receive the same response: “Your ticket has been escalated, you will get a call from the backend team/supervisor, and the issue will be resolved within ** hours.” Unfortunately, no action has been taken, and the ticket remains open.

This delay is unacceptable given that my protection plan is still valid. I request Jeeves to either replace my TV panel immediately or provide compensation equivalent to the cost of the TV as per the terms of the protection plan.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear resolution timeline.
