Xioami Mi TV - After service not provided

I bought a Xiaomi TV *X ** Inch (*****/C***********) from the MI Store in Perinthalmanna on **-**-****. The TV was priced at ₹**,***. At that time, the sales representative informed me that a *-year guarantee is there and an extra *-year warranty would be available if I paid an additional ₹*,***. Therefore, I paid a total of ₹**,***. On Sunday, **-**-****, while watching TV with my family, the display suddenly stopped working. I called the number provided to me at the time of purchase, but unfortunately, it was switched off. I then visited another MI Store currently operating in Perinthalmanna, only to find out that the store from which I bought the TV had been shut down. The staff at the new store gave me another contact number to call. When I called this number, the person informed me that they had taken the warranty from Zopper and advised me to call their toll-free number to register a claim. However, when I called Zopper's toll-free number and explained the issue, they informed me that there were no details regarding the warranty for my product. I am unsure of what to do next or where to file a complaint. Please help me with this situation. would i get my TV repaired I am attaching the invoice details below
