Xioami Mi TV - User Manual not delivered

I bought a ** inch *X Pro Mi TV. After the box was opened I found that the User Manual was missing in it. I showed it to the installation person but he told me to contact customer care. I contacted customer care via email and I got the reply that I will be contacted on phone by their appropriate person. I received the call and I was told that hard copy of the User Manual is not provided however soft copy will be provided on request hence I should write to customer care. I did so and the customer care is now not bothering to even reply my mails.
