Recharged prepaid regular plan of Rs.*,***/- for *** days on **/*/**. As outgoing stoped on **/*/** again recharged same plan on **/*/**. However we’re enabled to call. Hence recharged another plan of Rs.***/-. Now request to refund the amount of first two plan or add the amount to my regular plan. My cell number is ***-***-****. Please resolve the issue urgently. Thanks.
