Jinesh Jain filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 12, 2019
While placing my order I had applied a coupon code (SWIGGY*) which was applied successfully. The amount was reduced from *** to Rs. ***. However, after selecting the payment method and confirming the order the amount shown at the end page went up to *** again. I talked to a customer agent immediately but he refused to help me, so I cancelled the order soon but still, swiggy charged me Rs.*** for the cancellation.
It was not a mistake from my end, then why would I bear the cancellation charge? Kindly help.
