Ola Cab - Wrongful Charge by OLA cab driver

Hi,
Most respectfully, I beg to say that my name is amit chauhan. Citizen of delhi. Today, I booked a cab from my arrival point DAV Public School Delhi to Vasundhra Sector * Ghaziabad. Destination Place Elara Banquet Hall.
CRN number **********. After reaching, the cab driver asked for a committed amount Rs.*** which got paid. Later in the afternoon, booked one more cab from Elara Banquet Hall Ghaziabad to DAV Public School Delhi returned. Now the driver asked for Rs. ***. When asked by the driver, by what grounds you are charging this bulk amount. Because reaching and returning were the same. Firstly, the driver replied due to outstanding balance remaining through my side. Then made it clear no balance happened. Then he assured toll tax or some sort of taxation payment. Again replied, that's was a part of the company norms. He kindly talks to the customer care center or just pays the balance. As he needed to visit the next round for Meerut. So no more talks. Simply paid the whole wrongful chargeable amount . I am sending attachments.
How both the drivers charged.
Later on made calls on *********** there was CCE Mr. Krishna Chaithanya, Ola money. He provided ticket number ******* and assured that case got resolved within ** hours. Yesterday, made one more request. Within an hour confirmation mail received with new ticket number ******* sender was Deependra Bist. So, it got clear fraudulent activities going on .
At last it's request kindly go through my complaint. It shall be highly grateful for your kind reply.
