Myntra - WRONG WITHOUT TAGS DELIVERED

ORDERED A PRODUCT WITH THEM, BUT RECEIVED A WHOLE DIFFERENT USED FAKE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY TAGS ATTACHED TO IT.. COMPLAINED WITH THEM BUT RESPONSE WAS NOT GOOD THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH FAKE PRODUCTS,
original produc ordered : SPYKAR Men Blue Skinny fit low-rise highly distressed Jean.
SELLER: SPYKAR LIFESTYLES PVT. LTD.
ORDER ID : ******* **************
product received : a fake gym indigo pepe jeans which is used and had OIL stain marks.
seller did sent the fake used/product, don't know whether person who packed done this fraud or the company but its the company's responsibility to deliver the product ordered for the price paid. paid amount : **** and received a fake product which they are denying. please help me with this.
