I had ordered a touchscreen convertible laptop Acer Spin * from Flipkart on **th Feb ****. The website listing clearly mentioned it as a Full Hd Ips display laptop which is **** x **** resolution. The laptop was delivered on **th Feb **** and upon starting the laptop, I immediately found that the display was inferior and not the full Hd resolution as described. I immediately raised a return request and got a message and a mail stating it would take a couple of days to approve the request after their technical team calls me and verifies the issue. I got a call the next day and after explaining the issue, I was assured of a call back again after verification with the seller. But to my horror, I simply received a message and a mail stating the request was rejected and the issue was closed with the reason given as the seller confirmed that the product was delivered intact which was not even the issue, to begin with. I again spoke and also had a chat conversation with their customer care team and again the return request was raised which was again rejected the same day without even a single call or clarification this time. Another request was raised by me and again the next day, it was closed although I also sent a mail to their customer care team with pictures of the product and the resolution supported as a proof. So far it has been a horrible experience as there has not even an attempt made from their team to resolve the actual issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
