I've ordered a HIGHLANDER Men Blue Solid Denim Jacket (Size - M) on **th Dec but Myntra had delivered (Size - L) on **th Dec. I have logged a complaint on the same day via Twitter (Complaint No - IN********************). Instead of giving an appropriate solution, they just closed the case by generating a refund process whereas the replacement size M is available. When contacted to their Customer Care Support they are denying to give the replacement Size M and suggesting me to return the current item then again purchase the same product by giving an extra amount. Twitter support is the worst support I've ever faced. Only gives a copy-paste reply "One of our case managers will contact you within **-** hours to address your concern". How will you address a concern if you have already closed the complaint?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
