Air india - Wrong Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket for Mumbai To Indore,my travel date was ** July ****.( Ticket No -************* ) ( Ticket Cost was Rs **** . But unfortunately Air India was cancelled the flight. I already send mail to Air India for full amount of refund but air India refunded me only ₹ ***, instead of my full ticket amount i.e. ₹****. Why we should bear such cancellation cost. We need full refund. Also DGCI given instruction to Air India to take necessary action under intimation but Air India is not responding properly.
On the contrary they are throwing refund amount ball to my travel agency. witch he has not received.
Why we bear of the losses Rs - ***/ ? RA No -**********
Still we are not received full refund amount.

As Vaishali Pitre is a senior citizen and she expect full amount from Air India, but they are denying for such refund. Why such type of harassment in her case only ?

For a similar ticket booked for the same flight and on the same date (refer 'Bhushan Pitre's' ticket No- ************ ), the amount refunded was **** out of ****.

The same has also been communicated with the National Consumer Helpline. (Complaint No.: ******* , *******, *******, ******* , ******* )

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
