I booked Indigo Flight on Goibibo for IXE-BLR(PNR-ULI*VG) and BLR-ATQ(PNR-YQKF*E) on ** Jun **** for Rs.**** combining both after getting all type of discounts.Later my flights were cancelled by Indigo due COVID-** issue and i was given option for rescheduling or full refund. For BLR-ATQ i rescheduled the flight and for IXE-BLR i opted for full refund. i even checked on indigo website its showing full refund of Rs. **** to goibibo. if we exclude discount and other charges i was supposed to get back Rs.**** and even goibibo has mentioned this in cancellation invoice but its incurring Rs. *** Cancellation charges.they mentioned that i'll get Rs.**** as refund for this but have processed Rs.****.**. Now i'm trying get in touch with goibibo support team from so many days but there is no option to file any type of complaint or even talk to customer support executive. They just redirect to chatbot which is also of of no help. Please raise this issue to Goibibo so that i can get my full refund.
